St. Louis County Police Holiday Enforcement

An accident-free 4th of July holiday period for residents and visitors is the goal of a special holiday enforcement program of the St. Louis County Police. Fireworks violations will be the primary focus of patrol officers because of the preventable injuries that result every year from the illegal use of explosive devices. Summonses will be issued to anyone in possession of, using, or selling fireworks in St. Louis County. County Police will also be checking motorists in an effort to reduce the number of drunk drivers on our streets and highways. Read More...

St. Louis County Police to Conduct Sobriety Checkpoints

The St. Louis County Police Highway Safety Unit and officers from the Division of Patrol will be conducting sobriety checkpoints throughout the month of July 2013. Specially trained officers will be checking motorists in an effort to reduce the number of intoxicated drivers on our streets and highways. Inconvenience to motorists will be minimal. The Highway Safety Unit will be also providing patrol on the interstate highways within St. Louis County during the holiday and holiday weekend. Read More...

Charges Issued on Man After Hit and Run Death of Two Year Old

On Tuesday, June 18, 2013, the St. Louis County Prosecuting Attorney's Office charged Charles Guice, 17 years of age, of the 1700 block of Nemnich in St. Louis, Missouri, 63136 with one count of Leaving the Scene of An Accident (Class D Felony). Charges Issued in North County Shooting Death

On Monday, June 3, 2013, the St. Louis County Prosecuting Attorney’s Office issued warrants on Jeryl A. Daniels, 29 years of age, of the 5900 block of Dressell in St. Louis, Missouri 63111, for one count of Murder in the First Degree, two counts of Assault in the First Degree and three counts of Armed Criminal Action.
