Do I need to apply for a reoccupancy permit?
Apply if there are any changes in residence by selling, buying, renting property, or adding to the number of occupants in unincorporated Saint Louis County.
We cannot accept applications over the telephone. You must apply online or in person at our North or South Satellite offices. For properties north of I-44, visit our
North County Government Center at 21 Village Square, near the intersection of Lindbergh Blvd. and I-270 (314-615-7346). For properties south of I-44, visit our
South County Government Center at 4558 Lemay Ferry Rd., south of Lindbergh Blvd. and I-255 (314-615-4142).
If you are applying for a permit in Grantwood Village you must apply in person at the South County Government Center.
