Properties for Sale
The following properties are made possible by HOME Investment Partnership funds from the Department of Planning, Office of Community Development. Funds are part of the annual allocation from the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD).
All purchasers are required to obtain pre-purchase counseling from one of the following approved housing counseling agencies: Better Family Life, Beyond Housing or Catholic Charities Housing Resource Center. Purchasers are also required to meet the income limits determined by HUD.
Income Limits
Qualifications are based upon the income of all occupants of the home. Annual income
limits for 2008 are listed below - verification by housing counseling agency is mandatory.
