Geography Internship

Duties may include the following:

  • Marking the locations of trees, trails and utility lines in various St. Louis County Parks using a handheld Global Positioning System (GPS) and Pathfinder.
  • Scaling out and mapping tracts of land.
  • Making and printing maps of parks and utility lines using GIS software.
  • Taking and downloading pictures of various points of geographical interest.
