Hands-On Experiential Learning…
St. Louis County Parks is currently looking for fall, spring and summer interns. The Parks’ Internship Program can be customized based on your educational focus, your school’s requirements and your personal interests and skills. We are currently accepting interns from the following fields:
St. Louis County Parks Internship Program is coordinated by the Volunteer Services Staff. The Parks’ Volunteer Program has been recognized nationally for its Best Practices in the Volunteer Management field and is certified by the St. Louis United Way Volunteer Center.
St. Louis County Parks has also been commended by the State of Missouri as an active partnering agency for Service-Learning. Kyra Kaltenbronn, Director of the Volunteer Program, serves on the United Way Bi-State Task Force on Higher Education and Student Community Involvement.
Intern Application Deadlines:
Fall internship: July 1st
Spring internship: November 1st
Summer internship: March 1st
