Corporate Picnic Sites

The purpose of Corporate Picnic Sites is to provide and manage large, organized picnics tailored to larger organizations for the benefit of their employees. The Department of Parks and Recreation will coordinate with the corporation to provide the desired recreational opportunities and to monitor the events to insure their success.

Three Corporate Picnic sites are available – 2 picnic sites at Creve Coeur Park and 1 at Queeny Park. Corporate Picnic Site reservations can be made by calling 314-615-8347. The Corporate Picnic sites are available for reservations weekends only May – September.


CREVE COEUR PARK CORPORATE PICNIC SITES

The Creve Coeur Corporate Picnic Sites are located in the upper level Creve Coeur County Park off Dorsett Road – 13236 Streetcar Drive, Maryland Heights, MO 63043. Creve Coeur Corporate Picnic Site reservations can be made by calling 314-615-8347. The Corporate Picnic sites are available weekends only May – September.


Corporate Picnic Site #1 - BASIC PACKAGE - $330.00 Photo Gallery

This site can accommodate a group size up to 500 people. The reservation time is 7:00am – 7:00pm. The covered picnic shelter can seat 300. The shelter has a small attached brick building (42’x26’) which has electric outlets and can be used by the reservation holder. The shelter (45’x45’) comes with a small BBQ pit. The picnic site has a water fountain and modern restrooms. There are horseshoe pits, sand volleyball court and playground with a water feature. The water feature is available weekends only. You also have access to the softball field from Noon -5pm.

The picnic site has a water fountain and modern restrooms. There are horseshoe pits and a sand volleyball court. There is a playground with a water feature within walking distance. You also have access to the softball field from Noon -5pm.

QUEENY PARK CORPORATE PICNIC SITE

Queeny Corporate Picnic Site is located in Queeny Park - 550 Weidman Road, St. Louis, MO 63011. Queeny Corporate Picnic Site reservations can be made by calling 314-615-8347. The Queeny Corporate Picnic site is available weekends only May – September.


Queeny Corporate Picnic Site - BASIC PACKAGE - $600.00 Photo Gallery

The Queeny Corporate Picnic site can accommodate a group of up to 800 people with seating under the shelter for 300. The site is available from 7:00am-7:00pm. The site is located behind the recreation complex next to Jarville Lake. All guests to the corporate site must park in the Corporate Picnic parking lot. From the parking lot, guests can either walk (0.2miles) to the site or ride the complementary tractor pulled hay wagon shuttle. Vehicles are not allowed on the park trail to the Corporate Site. Two hours of shuttle service are provided in the basic package with the option to purchase additional hours of service. The picnic site comes with 2 large BBQ pits, modern restrooms and water fountain. There are 2 horseshoe pits, sand volleyball court and room for softball.

Caterers and Amusement companies providing services at the Corporate Picnic sites must be on St. Louis County Parks Approved Vendor List. Caterers on the approved list have submitted the necessary insurance certificates to the St. Louis County Parks Department and have acquired the necessary permits from the St. Louis County Health Department. Any caterer or amusement company not currently on the list can receive an application by calling 314-615-8347. All caterers providing catering services at a corporate picnic site are required to send the Parks Department a copy of the catering bill and payment of 15% of the gross sales of food, beverages and services.

Amusement rides or devices (inflatables, climbing walls, trackless trains etc.) require an Amusement Ride or Device Permit from the St. Louis County Public Works Department (314) 615-5184. If you are hiring a vendor to provide amusement rides or devices that require a permit, request that the vendor provide the permit as part of your agreement. Amusement vendors that provide these services in St. Louis County should be aware of what permits are required. St. Louis County Parks does not allow any water related entertainment activities.

All company or organization sponsored picnics must submit and maintain public liability insurance during the periods the site is rented naming St. Louis County as additional insured in the amount of not less than $2,000,000 per occurrence.

Recreation equipment is located in a locked box at each site. A park staff person will meet with you and unlock the box the day of your picnic. Please return all items to the box and lock at the end of your picnic. Please note the replacement costs you will be charged if the recreation equipment is not returned. Volleyballs - $15 Horseshoes - $25 Softball Equipment (bats, balls & bases) - $20/item

Storage is unavailable at the corporate sites. Beer & soda wagons, private tents and other equipment may not be left at the site. It is your responsibility to arrange for removal of all equipment not belonging to St. Louis County Parks and Recreation.

Refund Policy – Any cancellation request received 60 days or more prior to the reservation date will receive the entire amount less a processing fee. Any cancellation request received 30 days or more but less than 60 days prior to the reservation date will receive a refund in the amount of 50% of the reservation fee less the processing fee. There will be no refund if a request is received less than 30 days prior to the reservation date.
