Sexual Assault Division
Description
The Sexual Assault Division handles misdemeanor and felony cases in which
a victim has been sexually assaulted. The division is responsible for
the prosecution of the following crimes: forcible rape, forcible sodomy,
statutory rape in the first and second degree, statutory sodomy in the
first and second degree, child molestation in the first and second degree,
sexual assault and deviate sexual assault and sexual misconduct in the
first, second and third degree.
