Judge Beach was appointed Circuit Court Judge in May 2010.

Judge Beach received his Bachelor of Science from Central Connecticut State University and his Juris Doctorate degree from New England School of Law.

Judge Beach served in the United States Marine Corps as a Staff Judge Advocate and remained in the reserves until his retirement. He was in the private practice of law in St. Louis from 1977 to his appointment to the bench. He was an incorporator of the City of Chesterfield and served as its City Attorney from 1988 to 2005. Judge Beach practiced primarily in the areas of Family Law and Municipal Law. Judge Beach was appointed Associate Circuit Court Judge in November 2005.

Judge Beach is a past president of the St. Louis County Bar, Member of the Massachusetts and Missouri Bar Associations, he has been an active lecturer on various topics in family law and municipal law, he taught Business Law at Washington University; in the University College Division and is a fellow of the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers.
