The Department of Planning provides technical assistance and support to subdivision and homeowner associations and trustees in unincorporated St. Louis County. A variety of resources are provided, including maintenance of a voluntary roster of subdivision trustees, events and workshops, a speaker’s bureau, a toolbox of helpful documents and templates, publications and guidebooks for trustees, a reference library and links to other St. Louis County resources.
Subdivision Trustee Roster
Since 1995, the Department of Planning has collected the names and addresses of trustees for subdivisions in unincorporated St. Louis County on a voluntary basis. This roster provides a means of keeping trustees better informed of St. Louis County activities and events. Trustees who are on the roster receive information and mailings about community meetings, workshops, new publications and other items of interest to subdivision and homeowner associations.

Events & Meetings
2013 HOA Vendor Trade Show & Legal Presentation
The St. Louis County Department of Planning, in partnership with the Community Association Institute-Heartland Chapter, is sponsoring the 2013 Vendor Trade Show. Before the start of the vendor trade show, subdivision trustees are invited to attend the Community Association “Law & Order” presentation at 4:00 p.m. This presentation will cover important legal topics regarding community and homeowners’ associations.
The Vendor Trade Show, starting immediately after the presentation at 5:00 p.m., provides an opportunity for subdivision trustees to meet companies who provide services to subdivisions and homeowners associations. The presentation and the Vendor Trade Show will be held at the Sheraton Westport Chalet Hotel on Thursday, March 7.
