Beginning April 4, 2006 we will no longer be providing labels.  We will continue to offer lists on
CD-Roms. All requests must be prepaid.

To place an order

  • Mail us a written request or use the Order Request at link below along with payment or place the order in person (Telephone or Fax orders cannot be accepted)

    Information that we will need to process your request

  • Your name and address (please print)
  • A daytime phone number
  • The district you are requesting

    It will take 1-2 days to fill the order.

  • You can pick up your order at #12 Sunnen Dr. in Maplewood
  • Orders CANNOT be sent electronically (email, ftp, etc)
  • Orders must be paid for by cash, check or money order, made out to the Treasurer of St. Louis County

    Registered Voters

    Countywide, district or township/precinct.  Listed by township/precinct name alpha or street alpha.  Registration time frame available.

    History of election

    Specific Election.  Last 20 elections in library.  Countywide, district or township/precinct. Listed by township/precinct name alpha or street alpha.

    Annual History

    Last 5 years in Library.  Available countywide, district, or township/precinct.

    Prices

    Records Research:

    $20 per hour (prorated in Ό hour increments) minimum charge $10.

    Copy cost of records (8 ½” x 11”/14”):

    1-10 pages - $1
    11 or more pages - 10’ per page*

    * plus duplicating time of $16.00 per hour on larger time consuming copy requests.

    Data from MCVR, REJIS (if available) or other computer files/records:

    Copy of computer file on CD – Countywide search $40 per file; others $20 for 1st file plus $5 for each additional file search ordered at the same time. (Multiple “ward” searches in the same municipality, requested at the same time, maximum $30.) Includes the first ½ hour of programming time plus $25 per hour (prorated in 1/5 hour increments) for programming time after the first ½ hour).

    Paper copy of computer file 10’ per page in addition to the cost of the file as set forth above.

    Copy of Voter History CDs (REJIS <2008; MCVR >2010) - $15 for the first CD and $5 for each additional voter history CD ordered at the same time.

    CD with Township & Precinct by Street Address and Political Districts by Precinct - $10 ea CD

    Per §115.158.6 - Voter lists may be used for election purposes only and shall not be used for commercial purposes.
